I cannot believe the arrangement you just delivered! It is amazing. I tried to tag you on old school Facebook and could not find you. I may try Instagram next. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My birthday month has started.

Disappointed with my recent order. The flowers delivered to my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day arrived wilted and didn’t resemble the arrangement I chose. She was hesitant to tell me, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I later found out the florist was overwhelmed and short-staffed, which explains the quality—but doesn’t excuse it. If they couldn’t fulfill orders properly, a heads-up or cancellation would’ve been better than sending subpar flowers. Teleflora did issue a refund, but I haven’t heard from the florist about a replacement. Hoping for better communication and quality in the future—especially during meaningful occasions.
